1. Free Listings
Posting a standard ad on fromowner.co.uk is free. Since no payment is taken, refunds do not apply.
2. Paid Features
Optional paid features (such as Featured, Spotlight, Bump, Highlight, Urgent, Photo Boost, or Bundles) are digital services that begin immediately after purchase. Because of this:
- Fees for completed or active promotions are non-refundable.
- If a payment fails or is charged in error, please contact us and we will investigate.
3. Duplicate or Mistaken Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same promotion twice for the same listing, please contact us within 48 hours. We may issue a refund or apply a credit to your account at our discretion.
4. Policy Violations
If your ad is removed because it breaks our Posting Rules or Terms & Conditions, paid fees will not be refunded.
5. Technical Issues
If a purchased promotion fails to activate due to a technical fault on our side, we will either:
- Apply the promotion correctly once the issue is resolved, or
- Offer a full refund of the fee paid.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. For example, we remain responsible for providing services with reasonable care and skill as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email address used on the platform
- Listing ID and payment reference
- Reason for your request
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
